Atlantic Re Academy launches the “Reinsurance Talent Program” in partnership with the International University of Rabat

As part of the Reach 2030 strategy, Atlantic Re continues its training initiatives by partnering with the International University of Rabat to deliver a comprehensive reinsurance program, led by experts from Atlantic Re as well as national and international speakers.
The first cohort was launched in April 2026 and brings together professionals from several African countries, including Morocco.
Structured as a six-month hybrid program, this training covers the key dimensions of reinsurance and leads to the award of an executive certificate jointly issued by Atlantic Re Academy and the International University of Rabat.
The program modules are as follows:

• Retakaful
• Non-Life (General Liability, Engineering & Prevention, Property, Technical Risks, Transport: Marine and Aviation)
