The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion and the International University of Rabat have signed a structuring partnership to launch an unprecedented mechanism in Morocco dedicated to supporting research and innovation.
This program aims to support research chairs and laboratories, as well as to assist innovation and startup creation initiatives. It revolves around four strategic thematic chairs: foresight and social protection, catastrophic risks, sustainable finance, and frugal, inclusive, and sovereign innovation.
In this context, Atlantic Re is actively contributing to this initiative by participating in the launch of the "Catastrophic Risks" Chair. This involvement aligns with a clear ambition: to foster useful applied research, strengthen extreme risk modeling and anticipation capabilities, and contribute to better preparing economies for future shocks.
Through this approach, Atlantic Re reaffirms its commitment as a player at the intersection of expertise, innovation, and the public interest, serving more efficient, sovereign, and sustainable risk management.
