On April 11 and 12, 2025, Atlantic Re brought together 160 employees at an internal convention built around two major highlights: the presentation of its new strategic vision and the celebration of the company's 65th anniversary.

This unifying event featured collaborative workshops and inspiring talks, reflecting the transformation underway at Atlantic Re.

Through this gathering, all employees expressed their pride in belonging to a solid, disciplined institution that is resolutely focused on the future. This convention marks the beginning of a new chapter, firmly rooted in the African continent.
